@warduke80 asks what is more accurate, the Analogue #NtMini or the #MiSTerFPGA NES core. I felt this was a complicated question but that we shouldn't be afraid to discuss it, so here is a thread about that.
The first obvious difference is that Nt Mini has a cart slot and the current MiSTer platform will NEVER run carts not only because it is not a priority for the project but because it lacks the available pins. For undumped games like Russian Roulette, there is no other way.
Another difference to consider is the hdmi timing. MiSTer's NES core will output at the console's native refresh rate of 60.09hz. Analogue chose a safer (more compatible) but consequentially less accurate solution with straight 60hz.
For audio channels, Analogue chose a fake stereo solution which allows each channel to be adjusted but if you want the true accurate mono experience, what's correct? So, you may prefer options here but you're unlikely to have the actual correct settings.
The #MiSTerFPGA NES core has also been finely tuned to match the actual console at an unprecedented level of accuracy using MDFourier. Maybe @Artemio would be willing to speak to how far off Nt Mini is compare to this.
Another difference to highlight is that Nt Mini has hard wired controllers ports and it's reasonable to assume that they perform near the native polling rate. MiSTer has a few options but default would be USB and for single player direct, SNAC.
Supported mappers is a moving target but one thing to consider is that Nt Mini can bypass needing any mappers at all with original carts and otherwise you would have both the jailbreak's and any flashcart's mappers. MiSTer currently has these: https://github.com/MiSTer-devel/NES_MiSTer
MiSTer has active development and additional mappers are being handled on a per request basis. The thread for that is here:
https://misterfpga.org/viewtopic.php?f=17&t=5
Finally, you might consider the scaling options. Since most TVs will have uneven scaling, MiSTer's ability to run at 1440 instead of 1080 gives it a slight edge. MiSTer is also able to preserve aspect ratio without shimmer by applying filters.
If, on the other extreme, you want to use analog out on a CRT display, Nt Mini has derived S-Video, composite, RGB, and component (YPbPr) whereas MiSTer only offers RGB and YPbPr (via either the IO board or a direct video adapter). Some say only composite is accurate. :)
