Because, like the southern, slave owning Plantation owners from which their ideology descended, republicans feel divinely ordained to privilege and superiority.
Healthcare is THEIR god-given right.
But certainly NOT for those who aren't in their lofty, rich fraternity.

Minorities and the Working class are second class citizens.
Only tolerated for the taxes they're forced to forfeit (read labor, as in tending the fields, or picking cotton)

They openly exploit Americans to provide entitlements for the rich.
So how have they beguiled so many poor, ignorant, Americans to keep supporting them?
