Well, there’s a lot of people not doing it.

If you’re reading this, you’re definitely not one of them.

Here's 5 things that will make you a successful person.

1️⃣ Wake up early:

There’s a reason why most people don’t wake up early in the morning.

It’s because they don’t like what they are waking up to.

Let me ask you this.

Would you really want to wake up to a life that you don’t enjoy?
I’m talking about a boring life, where you go to a boring job, get home to see a boring show and eat boring food.

Me neither.

Instead, if you have motives to wake up, you’ll have no problem to do it.

The trick is to make things you enjoy the most early in the morning.
Whether it’s reading a book, exercising or writing. The thing is, you must do things worth getting up at 5:00 AM,

What’s the benefit? Well not only you seize the day.

It helps you be more organized, and it gives you a ridiculous advantage over “Not-morning people”.
Or whatever they are called.

By the time they wake up, you’ll have already done more than they do in a whole day.

2⃣ Working Out

This is the one where most excuses come up, I’ve heard people say things like:

“I don’t have time”
Or
“I’m not strong to lift weights”

This one is my favorite so far:

“If I have 16 hours a day to work, why would I waste my energy exercising?”

“Bla bla bla.."
WRONG

You see, when your body realizes you’re losing energy It will find a way to help you gain that energy again.

If you work out consistently (and eat healthy) you’ll realize your overall energy levels will be higher.
Besides energy, when you exercise, you’ll also:

✅ Release Stress
✅ Increase your mood (A lot of endorphins are released)
✅ Look awesome

Note: Working out it’s not really about lifting heavy weight.
A 30-minute walk, body weight exercise, or yoga can help you get that energy boost that will get you thru the way.

3️⃣ Reading

It’s not a surprise, I know.

Anyway, it deserves to be on the list because of the impact it can cause in your life.

I can tell you; I went 4 straight years without reading a book before I started to take twitter seriously.

In the last 2 weeks I’ve read 4.
Now I know how to read people, how to improve myself daily, how to train like a seal. How to reach more followers and a lot of stuff more (DM me if you want to know what books taught me that)

Successful people read because they’re always hungry for knowledge.
They can’t spend a day without learning about something.

In fact, the average SEO reads 60 books per year. That’s more than a book a week! And I’m pretty sure Jeff Bezos has a tight schedule.

The best part, you can learn about whatever the hell you want.

4️⃣ Writing

I wish more people should have told me this earlier.

YOU DON’T NEED TO BE AN EXPERT TO WRITE.

Don’t be afraid to write down your thoughts!
It’s a really easy way to express how you feel, to materialize ideas, to free your mind or just to spend some quality time talking with the most important person (Yes, that’s you).
Writing has tons (And I mean it) of benefits, some of them are

✅ Improves your communicating skills
✅ Improves creativity (Your next $1M idea )
✅ It helps you clear your mind.

After all, a clear mind is a productive one. And a productive mind is a successful one.

5️⃣ Meditating

I’ve already talked to you about how you can improve your life with exercise.

But what about your mind? Well, meditation is the answer.

Meditation is about training your mind.
In fact, In Buddhist tradition, the word ‘meditation’ is equivalent to a word like ‘sports’ in the U.S.

It’s not about just sitting in silence. There are different types of meditation and all of them serve to a specific purpose.
I practice the mindfulness meditation in which you start to observe wandering thoughts as they drift through the mind.

It has made me calmer, wiser, and most important. Self-aware of my thoughts. But you can try other types of meditation according to your needs.
The best is to start with short sessions (3-5 mins) and upgrade the time progressively. You’ll be a master in less than you think.
