For the sake of the CATO VPs who can't find a court docket. here's an email sent on August 10, 2016 indicating that Flynn's go-between on the Turkish project was meeting with two Turkish ministers about it.

A week later, Flynn would sit in on Trump's first candidate briefing.
Note the reference to discussing confidentiality? After this date, Turkey stopped being the client and Ekim's Dutch company started being "the client." They changed the name of the project, too.
Mike Flynn, mind you, wasn't fooled by the new name. He testified, under oath and before a grand jury, that Turkey was the client.

And here's the link, in case you're a CATO VP who can't work PACER or even RECAP.

Here's where Bijan Kian sends Ekim the op-ed Kian wrote, that Flynn will slap his name on to justify their 500K+ price tag.

This detail is important because Flynn lied about why "he" wrote the op-ed to his lawyers. He said it was for the Trump campaign.
Here's Kian, the next day, explaining that he, Kian, wrote the op-ed, but he'd soon forward it so Flynn could slap his name on it and cash in his secret relationship with Turkey.
Here's Flynn's FARA registration denying that the op-ed was done for Turkey.
Here's where Flynn told his lawyers that the op-ed was NOT for the benefit of Turkey, but instead was part of his campaign activities, an effort to make Trump look tough on terrorism.

Remember, he didn't even write it!
And here's Flynn, testifying under oath, that he didn't know about the op-ed he slapped his name on and then claimed to his lawyers was written for the Trump campaign, until Kian sent it to him days earlier.
I've already linked that, but if you're a CATO VP who doesn't know how PACER or RECAP works, let me know and I can link it again.
