During #COVID19 times especially, #physicianburnout is real especially if there are other domains of life that are troubling outside work and #health concerns. Please take a step back and get #help as early as possible and now if you think you need even a little help.
#Physician #selfcare is important to manage your responsibilities. If you are a #Physician that is #irritable, #depressed, #anxious, have or suspect you have a #mooddisorder or #moodswings, have trouble #sleeping or feel easily #overwhelmed ASK for help from someone
#compassionate and be open to getting help. #Openness will help you move forward. It is not right to work if you are in personal anguish and not #professional. Get help so as to do no more harm to yourself- there is a way forward. If you think you are a physician that is abusive
& enjoy #power relationships, for the sake of power instead of #care, get professional, confidential help. People will understand. You don't have to suffer in silence. Things can get better than they are now. The first step to #selfcare is asking for help as a #physician.
Your #accomplishments are great but feeling better is crucial more than any accomplishment. Most memories are related to how we feel and how we feel treated. #GetHelp #ItsOkaytoNotBeOkay. You are not alone. You are not #notinvinsible
