Minding my own business watching nature & a family of refused to keep distance or wear masks threatened me. PD responded, detained & searched me not him (not sure why) Ultimately he acknowledged he is in @USArmy Mil PD. PD ordered him & family to wear masks & follow @CAgovernor
Please identify this man (his wife said he is “the police) & @USArmy please investigate why a military PD officer is threatening a civilian in #sandiego county & not complying w @CAgovernor public health orders. #covidiot
