New Mexico is seeing another "uptick" of #covid19 cases with increases in every region over the last several days.
1,300 children have tested positive for #covid19 in New Mexico to date.
This is the "bad news slide" for the day, says Human Services Secretary David Scrase. The trend in the number of cases of #covid19 in New Mexico is going up.
The current rate of spread is 1.12 in the state, and that's below the target of 1.05 or less. It's one of three target gating criteria New Mexico is no longer meeting.

"We absolutely cannot afford to have the kind of results that Arizona and Texas are having since their reopening," says Dr. Scrase. Those cases are filling up ICU beds and endangering New Mexico. "Still, the best thing you can do is #StayAtHome
