3. This, despite the fact that the Fuller family attorney, Jamon Hicks, said today that the family met with lead detectives who and from that conversation: "There is no reason to believe any validity to the rumor that Fuller was arrested on a charge of lewd and lascivious, ....
4. Hicks continues "and through our independent investigation there’s also no reason to believe that’s true.”

6. Imagine what the family of Robert Fuller is going through, having been told that Fuller committed one of the most vile acts known - an act now being used to tear down sympathy for him. And yet no closure for such a painful wound is being offered by law enforcement...
