Okay, hear me out: I honestly think that the current show as it is, is pretty good. Sure, there could be room for improvement, but overall, we have unique, quite entertaining, and sometimes simply just amazing stories. A lot of people write BWBA off as something not even (1/?)
worth mentioning some times, and that people get irritated and angry with people who do like the show and are excited about new releases. I still stand by my opinion that while the direction and format of BWBA are much different than the Brenner era, (2/?)
it still isn't a night and day difference with the Brenner era as well. This goes for most of the episodes, not all of them. I for one like the quicker pacing of BWBA, and the animation as it is of today isn't perfect by any means but still looks pretty darn good. (3/?)
This is where my next point of irritation comes from. A lot of people say with a lot of stuff that the animators simply don't care, or are lazy with reusing assets. To those people: I respect your opinion, but really? Do you expect them to make every single new asset (4/?)
from the ground up, without re-using parts of existing assets? This also goes for like Breakdown cranes etc. UGH CHINA BREAKDOWN TRAIN IS JUST A LAZY RESKIN OF JUDY AND JEROME! So what? They appear for a few seconds, so does it really matter? The animators aren't lazy (5/?)
because it's something that is just more beneficial and more useful from a business perspective. Also, I understand that everyone is allowed to have their own opinion, please, be my guest, but I'm getting kinda tired of some of the people here. (6/?)
UGH, WE WANT OLIVER AND NARROW GAUGE ENGINES BROUGHT BACK TO THE FRONT AGAIN, but when they show up in an episode, they are out of character, being stupid etc and Mattel has ruined them! Please, Mattel tries their best sometimes with pleasing die-hard fans, but I feel that (7/?)
with every nice thing they give us they just get backlashed at a second after. WE WANT THE PACK! WHERE ARE THEY. "The Pack is brought back for a special and a few episodes" UGH HATE THE NEW CHARACTERS DON'T CARE ABOUT THEM THEY RUINED THE PACK (8/9)
I hope that will this long read I have given you guys a clear view of how I see these things. I like BWBA, S24 is pretty good so far IMO, and I'm excited for the future of the brand. You don't have to be, but don't blame the people who still do care about the new eps and specials
