1/ A phobia is a fear.
Followers of the ideology of Islam have slaughtered hundreds of millions of innocent people over differences of faith, for rejecting or speaking against Islam, they've raped millions, destroyed cultures, destroyed libraries & erased history of nations.

2/ Some have experienced, seen family members brutally murdered, had previous generations of family members slaughtered, suffered rape, had family members suffer rape, lost homes, jobs, property, entire communities destroyed through genocide & ethnic cleansing because of religion

3/ People stay unaware because they haven’t experience it personally & some thought it was a good idea to not tell people the truth because it may hurt religious sensitivities. Academics thought it a good idea to not teach real history in school to protect religious sensitivities

4/ I can tell you, it's not a good idea. Truth must be spoken always. You're enabling further genocides, further ethnic cleansing, further death & destruction. It is still happening today, and as it happens, it's whitewashed from the media, often blamed on other religious groups

5/ Political leaders are engaged as well. Islam, centered in the ME rich oil nations has a lot of money influencing this world in academia, in politics, in media. You'll notice left politicians will whitewash or ignore genocides or murders when committed by followers of Islam.

6/ You'll see them condemning other countries, even writing resolutions for "religious intolerance" or "Human Rights" as they do to India today. This is politically motivated. They don't even bother to try to get truth, they just push political & religious agenda.

7/ They are maintaining & growing their voter base using religion as a political tool. Almost all followers of Islam support left political parties. In India, the left political party, the Congress Party had maintained political control over India for 60+ years doing this.

8/ The media acts as an extension of these left political parties to drive their agenda. Those driving this are well financed by Islamic organizations and left Liberal & Socialist elites. This has been called the red/green axis and you will find it in India & all western nations.

9/ Please read this thread to get an idea how it happens today. 10/ The truth is, it’s hypocrisy. This protection of religious sensitivities is only applied to Islam & to a lesser degree Christianity. If you happen to follow a Dharmic faith, you are open game for rampant bigotry. We’ve institutionalized the bigotry of Islam & Christianity.

11/ So as you pontificate Islamophobia, know that even today, everyday in our world, people are living in fear of Islam. Fear that they may be the next victim. Fear that their community, their heritage, their way of life may be destroyed.
