I've noticed that I don't have as many acquiring editorial assistants or assistant editors on my submission lists as I'd like.

I use Publishers Marketplace as my main resource when making submission lists, but I realize that this eliminates those who don't yet have many sales and are just starting to acquire.
I want to send a bunch of manuscripts to you! I just need a little help finding all of you.
