Your spiritual gifts, journey/path and how you use it is up to you and your ancestors. Stop trying to preach to people and telling people there is only ONE WAY cause it is not. Everyone is NOT and WILL NOT walk the same path as you.
Everyone has different callings and different gifts. Some are using it the “traditional way” and some are using it with traditional beliefs with a more subtle/modern approach.
If you gift is healing then use it the best way you see fit and how it will benefit the next. BUT, do not say the next spiritual worker isn’t healing cause it’s not the way you’re doing it.
If you’re a rootworker/herbalist then go ahead and use your gift the way you and your ancestors see fit! So, AGAIN, do nootttttt try to tell someone they not really a this or that cause they not doing it the same way as you. Y’all kill me lmao.
Some people are subtle with their practices and some people are OPEN. This ain’t got shit to do with you! Lol.
