Everything started with me writing « Julian Payne » on my google browser
I found this a shiny photo of Julian for a firm called « hawthorn advisors » it got my attention 
So I read what are they doing never heard of it before.... nothing Interesting seems like a PR firm who employ white people like really their team is just white people but whatever that’s not the subject I want to talk about
But then I did something I always do I put « Julian Payne » and « hawthorn advisors » on my google research tab wanted to get more infos you know
Oh boy I was not prepared for this. So I went to their beta company data and the last thing they did was to fire their co founder : Ben Elliot, m the nephew of Camilla the future Queen of England. But why you would ask me ?
Well it’s a really shady thing. Ben was appointed as the new chairman of the conservative Party, a really important role for a nobody well not when you are the nephew of the future Queen 
So Boris appointed him in July and he has been a fantastic chairman ! I am kidding nobody likes him but that’s a good intro for what’s coming
So he was chairman but still have his businesses like hawthorn advisors he was like Julian you know he was all over the place
Now let’s get into the case because that’s why you here and I like to write this thread like it was an investigation article okay
Like I said he founded and part-owns a PR and lobbying company, Hawthorn Advisors. Elliot is “co-founder” of Hawthorn, a director of the company, and owns around 20 per cent of the shares. The Company was quick to say he is not involved in the “day to day” management of the firm.
Official records show that it lobbies for foreign-owned private-health firms and a company being pursued by the Inland Revenue for millions in unpaid tax. The records show Hawthorn approached either senior government officials or ministers on behalf of these clients.
Remember when Boris said the NHS was not for sale well oh surprise it was a lie
So hawthorn is a great company representing clients like the THFC (trading as Transform) and The Hospital Group. THFC was involved in the PIP breast-implant scandal: THFC at first resisted, and then agreed to removing dangerous PIP implants. The company then went bust. Nice Ben !
But he has 1 client: Allied Healthcare throughout 2018. Allied had some 25% of the adult social-care market. Local authorities & the NHS were major clients. The Care Quality Commission gave Allied a number of “inadequate” ratings & warned about the firm’s financial stability.
All of these three firms were owned by the German private-equity firm Aurelius, so it seems Hawthorn specialises in representing really shitty foreign-owned private healthcare firms. Sounds legal and normal
For ex Hawthorn lobbied for Lycamobile in 2017 and 2018. This telecoms company has given around £2m to the Tories but faced multiple inquiries over its offshore tax affairs. HMRC are currently pursuing the Lycamobile group for £8.2m that the revenue say are unpaid taxes
Ben didn’t only fund Hawthorn but also his baby «Quintessentially » a “luxury lifestyle-management firm.” They organises “experiences” for the super-rich. It charges rich people a fee to help them spend their money on exotic holidays, yachting, private tuition for their kids, etc
Important to talk about it bc it is linked to hawthorn okay. So In August 2014, Hawthorn hired a senior government official, Jules Chappell. Spoiler she is not working for them anymore
She was poached from the Foreign and Commonwealth Office, where she was an official running the GREAT Britain campaign to market the UK around the world. Spoiler Kate and William did an engagement with the campaign
Chappell was hired, while Quintessentially, Hawthorn’s sister company, was bidding for a contract from GREAT Britain to attract wealthy individuals to invest in the UK via its pampering service.

The contract sought a company that would “spark enthusiasm in investors/clients” and carry out “networking at the highest levels”. The winner had to arrange 30 visits a year to the UK,“showcasing arts and cultures” or sporting events. Like the French royal tour of W&K in 2016
Oh surprise !! Quintessentially won the GREAT Britain contract in 2014 and has earned £1.4m from it since 2016.
Well Chappell has another job too she was a director at the mayor of London’s marketing agency, London and Partners, so the agency who was to decide the winner. She was working for the 2 teams ! Naughty girl !
Obviously she couldn’t be hired by Quintessentially ! Be more obvious ! But working for the sister company would maire sure they get the contract and the big money
She tried to defend herself saying « I sought advice from the appropriate governance bodies, and on their recommendation removed myself from the decision-making process on the contract » we going to believe her obviously
Hawthorn has a string of well-connected clients. It represented former Tory energy minster Lord (Greg) Barker last year when the chairman of Russian aluminium company En+ was pushing for US sanctions against it to be lifted. You see where I am going....
Before being the right man of Boris Ben did some shady things for Theresa May as the « food waste czar » he really into Russians
So while Boris swear the NHS is not for sale Hawthorn is ready to make sure their clients will get the contracts when they WILL sell the NHS to private health companies.
This is a big story revealed by Private Eye months ago and crickets. Ont he same time the palace was rushing to Leann stories about H&M and making sure they were the Story not them !
Julian is still the director to this awful PR agency for the worst people ol earth as we speak. Now we know why being in the good papers of Boris for Charles and William is so important !
The Windsor’s family is just an antichamber of Tory Land.
So when you hear Charles Camilla William Kate saying how much they love the NHS in the meantime they help the gov to sell it to private companies
Also the all Shand family is a real crook family working hand by hand with the RF

Quintessentially used Harry for publicity a lot like I said for the Coldplay concert or when he went to one of their event boy I didn’t know they used Harry and Meghan wedding as an advert for their winter wedding.... WTF
I don’t know how many posts they made about Harry and Meghan but they milked it for sure also the part about being apolitical lmao the fucking reach !!
