Over 3 in 4 @MSU_Grad_School enrollees responding to our survey said they want @montanastate to return to the plan of having a mask requirement, rather than a suggestion.

If MSU & MUS remains too scared of politics to align with public health recommendations, then about the same number of grad assistants want the option to create their own requirement for their lab or classroom space.
However, far more GAs would be comfortable enforcing a mask policy if it comes from the institutional level.
Separate but related, over 1/2 of GAs worry that the demands of "blended" operations this fall will run up against or over their contracted hours.

If this occurs, it will interfere with an individuals progress in their own course of study. But regardless, it's a stressor now.
This adds up to a clear call for leadership @musCommissioner @WadedCruzado @KevinWMcRae to involve more worker voices in plans.

If they value in-person education, they must listen to all instructors. Otherwise, most GAs will opt for as much online instruction as possible.
