Apparently we’re now more willing to sack our own front-benchers than call for the sacking of government front-benchers

Labour’s turned something involving their front bencher that could‘ve been resolved another way into a national media story...... on the same day the government’s on the ropes over cash for access. Likely knocking that story of the top of the bulletins. Totally irrational stuff
Anyone who thinks the sacking does anything except feeds what was an entirely manageable story, distracting from the government’s own failures, my advice to you is look out for the wallet inspector
Only other thing I’ll say is I’m staying in the party with RLB and with the SCG as I believe leaving would damage the left more than staying
