The athletes who spent 3 months inside, not moving, are lethargic.
They’re going to need provisions to the workouts, while the ones who showed up physically prepared need to not be held back.

Also, constantly asking “how do you feel?” Or “you good?” And watching body language is important.
Some will say yes even when they’re not good. Keep asking and watching, coaches.

I’m asking specific questions:
How’s your hamstrings feel?
Are you dizzy?
Have you eaten today?
Sometimes “you good?” Isn’t enough to ask.
Some things can’t be fast tracked, like weak/tight hamstrings.
Dizziness can only be overcome by sitting down.
No food? No fuel.
