**THE HOMELESS**

During the lockdown period, the Government allocated over £3m to help homeless people self-isolate. Thousands were taken off the streets and placed in temp accommodation such as hotel and hostels.

**THE ENVIRONMENT**

Drastically reduced vehicle traffic and industrial emissions has resulted in huge benefits to the air quality in the UK and across Europe, leading to less pollution-related deaths.

Will we revert back to our old, unsustainable ways?
**SAVERS**

Lockdown has provided an opportunity to review our spending habits, and put spare cash into savings pots.

With the Government keen to balance the books through increases in travel costs (see new congestion charges) and other methods, how will this affect savings?
