Been thinking about the recently released Strzok notes.

Lots a theories on what this word (red) is. Comparing the writing styles I suspect its ‘reclass’

It makes sense in the context of the (yellow) sentence.
I also think that the notes are not a recounting a conversation but more a action plan.

Note the “D . DAG“ which would indicate they both ddint make the comment but were responsible for its implementation

”lean forward on reclass”
Lean forward is a classic Rumsfeld saying meaning ‘push forward’.

So they were planning to push forward the “reclass”

Why ”reclass”?
In FBI terms reclass is used in this scenario:
So D (Comey) and DAG (Yates) intended to push forward on a change of offence of which they intended to pursue Gen Flynn.

This makes sense, after expelling Diplomats and reviewing the Flynn/Kislyak call logs and finding nothing useful they needed to change tack to the Logan Act.
Biden mention of this option which i suspect was more of a question than an direction. Biden may be as thick as a bag of hammers but he would know the Logan Act rarely charged

Obama would also know but desperate times call for desperate measures!

Did it go down like this:
D/DAG: We’re going to reclass the charge against Flynn to the Logan Act.
Biden: The Logan Act?
Obama: These are unusual times!
I’m also reconsidering the statement:

“Flynn - Kislyak call but appear legit”

People are saying that its Comey saying Flynns calls were legit, but it doesn’t make sense in that context.
Just perhaps he was saying, we need to have a conversation with Flynn somehow but to do so we would need to make it “appear legit”

Was the mysterious “Apple” reference at the bottom related to this?
It would be if Apple is actually ‘applier’
So how would someone seeking something make that all seem legit?

Perhaps get McCabe to drop a call to Gen Flynn wishing him a “Happy New Year” and ask if he could just send a couple of agents over to have a chat about those Kislyak calls.
“Happy New Year” General Flynn...........”Yeah Right”
