The GOP can adapt to this by becoming a multiracial religious party—and winning—or a white nationalist party—and (deservedly) losing anyway.

White nationalism ignores the fact that whites mostly (rightly) loathe it.

Meanwhile, a lot of the blue dots in the upper left quadrant are socially conservative blacks and Hispanics—many of whom are probably having misgivings right now about things like “defund the police.”

To be a successful multiracial religious party, though, social conservatism is necessary but not sufficient. The GOP must complete its nascent Trumpian realignment toward fiscal populism—the tax-cutting fusionist welfare slashers must be disempowered.
