I would love to start a thread of all the things A NEW THEATRE would look like...

I’ll start... free shows for school kids. EVERY SINGLE SHOW IN A SEASON. Students going to the theatre 5 times a year every year of their secondary education. FREE WITH TRANSPORT AND FOOD!
How about a very clear and deliberate policy for artists to grow in scale. Like the opportunity @Complicite gave me to move from fringe to mid scale work ... it’s unheard of. And all the skills I was given and shown (how to tech, how to direct large groups etc) being part of it
