Fairly sure oul #Jenrick is in breach of the Ministerial Code, but the problem is that the person responsible for investigating that is the Prime Minister. BUT! Jenrick is also an MP - YOU can report him for breach of the Parliamentary Code to the Standards Commissioner (Thread)
You can do this by emailing [email protected]

Jenrick is in breach of almost every part of the Code but it's worth specifically mentioning sections 6,7,8, 16 and 17 ⬇️
The full Code is here and you'll also want to copy in @RhonddaBryant who is the Chair of the Parliamentary Standards Committee.

This will force an investigation into #RobertJenrick regardless of what Johnson says about the matter being closed. This is how YOU get involved and use the existing - imperfect - accountability mechanisms. It also means that even if he resigns as a Minister this won't go away.
Using existing complaints mechanisms like this means that ordinary people can begin to flex our democratic muscles and take some power back. There ARE things you can do and the beauty of this sort of thing is that you can do it from your sofa. Get active! 💪💪💪

The PCS is telling people who complain she can't investigate #Jenrick because he was acting as a Minister. She's wrong that he was just acting as a Minister and she should look at the facts - read this thread and my replies and act accordingly. https://twitter.com/RemainingKind/status/1276089658754072577
