• For TEN years we have been persistently asking for the obvious: to have a fully staffed and fully functional Pediatric Cardiac Surgery Center WITHIN a public Pediatric Hospital.
• WE DO NOT KNOW who is blocking the obvious. It transcends our perception and ethics.

• We do not understand how political leaders have been unable to stop them for ten years. It goes beyond our logic.
• We know very well that no one can guarantee that surgeries will always have a happy outcome.
