all in all this is a good thread. it's okay if you're having a whack sleep schedule but try to fix it into at least being a REGULAR sleeping cycle. i'm guilty of this too but even tho we're Mostly in quarantine and summer time w/o obligations to keep us (especially students)
it's good to mind your health and sleep. it won't be the end of the world if you don't but listen Caffeine Is Not a substitute for energy and ESPECIALLY in a time like this it just amplifies your stress and anxiety . so taking steps to regularize your sleep will improve your life
if u get insomnia then actively work on limiting your screentime before bed and find remedies that work for you. melatonin i heard is good for sleeping
