वेदा॒ यो वी॒नां प॒दमं॒तरि॑क्षेण॒ पत॑तां ।

Translation:-

यः वेद - To know everything.

प॒दमं॒ - This way.

अंतरि॑क्षेण॒ - Through sky.

पत॑ताम् - One who flies.

वेद॑ - Knows.

ना॒वः - By boat.

स॑मु॒द्रियः॑ - Plying in Water.

Explanation:-This mantra mentions the qualities of Varundev. It says that he knows the speed of the flying birds or their destinations. Similarly he knows the speed and destination of the boat's plying in the ocean.
