2. is a big one. Seeking out classified information is generally speaking something "journalists" aren't covered under NYT vs US. This is what's alleged and is not a new accusation. But those words have meaning.
3. charges WL with recruiting individuals to illegally hack into information systems in order to feed WL data. Again, not something covered by 1A. It's just a crime. You can't break the law or encourage others to in obtaining classified information as a journo.
However, this claim needs more evidence. Posting a "most wanted" list, IMO, doesn't fit the standard of recruiting illegal activity. But, there's more to read so
4. Ok, so here's where they accuse Assange and another Wl associate with going to hacking cons to recruits folks who may become "assets" for them who have/had access to classified info.
Assange told potential recruits they had no legal exposure from stealing classified info unless they were serving in the military U FUCKIN WOT LMAO
5. Apparently Assange told recruits they had exploited a flaw in a US Congress information system that allowed them to obtain CRS reports not available to the public. wow.
8-18 deals with Chelsea Manning and it's nothing new or really ground breaking. Anyone who followed her case knew she didn't just drop a bunch of files on WL unprovoked. Assange helped and coached(again super illegal)
19. So this is not new, but a lot of people who defend Assange/Manning don't know this. Assange tried crack a password hash that Manning obtained from a SIPR box in order to use someone else's creds to stay undetected. However, Assange couldn't crack it. Still hella illegal.
Also, even back in 2010, the DoD allowing SFTP egress to non DODIN networks was a massive fuck up.
35-36. Manning met a 17 year old from a NATO country who had stolen data from a bank hack and he pushed teenager to hack more shit relating to NATO country and NATO country's parliment(hint). Assange is looking at possible time in NATO-1, too I bet.
41-42: Assange used credentials stolen by a source to log into a NATO-1 government web site to monitor police/authority vehicles he thought were watching him. Big crimes baby.
An Assange associate Involving a US person to decrypt data stolen from of a NATO country bank? Smells like CONSPIRACYYYYYYYYYYYY
46. Assange ordered his NATO country Teenager to hack into a former WL associates's computer and delete chat logs. CRIMESSSSSSSS
Ok so I'm not going to detail all of this, but section D pertains to WL/Assange's relationship with a collective of hackers eg. Anon, Gnosis, Lulzec, Antisec, etc. If what's alleged is true, Wikileaks was basically running a giant global hacking ring in order to supply them.
This is where any shred of Assange/WL's credibility as journalists were smashed to atoms and sucked into a black hole of crime and future solitary confinement.
Assange has to be up there with Manafort on the scale and hilarity of his crime escapades. Assange fucking LOVES committing crimes.
Love the "44 seconds later" looooooooooooooooool
I'm getting the feeling here that Sabu may have been a primary source of this information. Just a wild guess here.
Now we're getting to Snowden in Section F

85. A WL associate traveled with Snowden to Moscow from Hong Kong in June '13. My memory is shit, was this public knowledge?
86. Assange told a group of folks at CCC Germany to join the CIA and steal shit. Nice.
Ok not much there. So onto section H where it's detailed how Assange published the names of HCI's working with US coalition forces in Iraq and Afghanistan. Basically painting a target on their backs and their family's backs for the Taliban, Aq, etc. Real nice Julian
Could not possibly give a bigger fuck you to Chelsea Manning or Julian Assange for this. Both of you can rot in hell.
97a) Manning/Assange released the name of a CI who reported an anti-coalition attack being planned in 2007.
97b)Manning/Assange published CI who reported a weapons supplier in 2009.
97c) Published CI who gave information about an IED attack in Iraq in 2009
97d) Published CI who had turned in weapons to coalition to forces in Iraq in 2008. Report even mentioned CI had been threatened afterward.
98) State Dept cables

98A) Published name of CI in Iran
98B) Another CI who frequently traveled to Iran
98C) CI in China
98D) CI in Syria
98E) CI in Syria
99) Assange knew at the times of publication that materials posed a significant danger to HCIs. Didn't give a fuck
And I may need that drink I promised I would not take until the 4th Holiday fucking christ that man deserves a black box only tall enough to take a piss in
