Okay, so people are struggling with this.
Everyone is anti-Black. Everyone is prejudiced against Black people *including* most Black people. This is because we are all socialized under white supremacy.
We have to actively unlearn anti-Blackness. We have to actively fight against internalized white supremacy.

Everyone is socialized to disregard, erase, and oppress the other. We are living in a world that rewards us for survival of the fittest style exploits. We're all wrapped up in this.
However, we are not all accountable in the same ways because we're not equally oriented to power.
However, we are not all accountable in the same ways because we're not equally oriented to power.
Because of our different orientations to power (and different access to dismantle that power), we have different access to systems of inequality, different modes of participation in oppression, and different consequences based on how we are perceived by others.
No one is without prejudice or discriminatory sentiment toward others. We each have work to do to rid ourselves of the lessons we learn throughout our lives. We also have to be honest about the ways we often benefit at the expense of those more vulnerable than ourselves.
There are tons of unearned privileges white people get for merely existing as white people in the world.
Black people, no matter how much they dislike other Black people, will never get those privileges. Not only that, we are surveilled, criminalized, and killed for existing.

Here's the earlier thread explaining the difference between racism, prejudice, and anti-Blackness. It explains why Black people can't be racist. https://twitter.com/JennMJacksonPhD/status/1275884156778680320
To make this really clear: all cis people are transphobic. Every one of us.
Cis people do not have to opt-in to the benefits of being cisgender. We are rewarded for existing as cisgender. Meanwhile, trans folx are systematically harmed and excluded for existing while trans. They are also surveilled and murdered by cis people.
Cissexism and transphobia are inherent in SOCIETY and they make-up our institutional processes. They are not interpersonal. They are in the ecosystem.
Racism, classism, ableism, fatphobia, etc. They all function the same way.
