We won't have final results from the #KYSEN primary for another 6 days — BUT there are a few reasons I'd rather be Booker than McGrath right now, even though McGrath has maintained her lead into this afternoon
First – today, Booker improved upon last night's 10 point deficit to McGrath once Lexington (Fayette County) tallied their in-person votes; he now trails by just over 7 points with what's likely to be a TON of votes yet to be counted
Second – we still have no results from Jefferson County, which is likely to be Booker's strongest area. Based on in-person data from Lexington which showed Booker with over 70 percent of the vote, Louisville, with similar demographics and political lean, will likely follow suit
