Keep on the lookout for these cards. They are used as an intimidation tool to scare business owners into letting people go without masks. This card and the organization “Freedom to Breathe Agency” have no legal basis.
The ADA does not apply to masks and curbside service is a “reasonable accommodation”.
FTBA is a sham civil liberty organization formed on June 12, 2020 to use legal language to intimidate businesses in exempting people from wearing masks to protect public health. Do not fall for it!
The organization website (ftbagency dot com) provides downloadable PDFs for specific states and provides a reporting tool to “report” businesses. Again, these carry no legal basis and are solely used for intimidation.
Newer versions of the card have corrected the spelling mistake and removed the US Govt seal. These cards carry no force!
I posted similar information to my Instagram account and they were flagged as false information instantly. How long will it take for Facebook, Twitter and @Wix (the website host) to do the same?
