It was year early 2016, I had to stop my college start up which I had started in third year of my college with no security or backup at no profit no loss. A good http://experience.It was a bit disappointing to stop something which you started on your own with no backup
And specially after making it big and thn going to down and coming to conclusion that apart from closing there is no other option. I took a break for sometime to review and retrospect decisions I took and learn for future ventures and thn I started something with college friend
Something we had decided during college days that one day we would start this kind of firm. A marketing firm in sports specially for football. We started working on it we had our eyes on a product which was very new and can be our USP in marketing . A 3D hologram Machine
Apart from China no famous firm was making it that time. Total Cost was around 4 lacs. After few months We invested all our profit to get that device. It was a d day for us when machine was arrived something that can change the game. Our little team was excited but when we opened
When we opened it, we were scammed. It was a working 3D hologram machine but nowhere close to what they had showed or promised online, a total hoax , no where near presentable , even not good enough to use it as a table stand

Quite a good amount of team was lost, as most of our profit was in this with no backup , it was back to me my partner and two guys who believed in our abilities. After a day or two , something clicked on my mind . I am usually very vindictive, specially when it insults my IQ
One path was to sue them with not much effective results in near future other was to take matters in your hands and screw them which wasn’t advisable as it compromised our future and constructive goals. I applied what I learnt in my first adventure, when to adopt and evolve
I found nothing wrong to fool a thief. Specially the Chinese ones. I talked to my partner and discussed about my idea after our mutual agreement, we break the device and opened up its parts, studied it , simulated the designs multiple times , dig up subjects which wasn’t our
Got learned in it , made a device something like that. It was shit , for next 4 months just not tried to remake the machine but something better thn that .

Basically Something like 3D LED Advertising screen. And that time a major advertising company had start using that device but unlike us they weren’t scammed as they were big players .We have studied IT , still we learnt the things required, self educated ourselves and after
4 months we not just only remade it , we evolved it . We put our own ideas , we had seen that device’s flaws, while keeping good things of it we replaced the flaws with our usp . We automated the device , we gave gestures and voice controlled also Give it a bit of AI to our devic
Which can adjust the viewing quality according to the lights , and used something which Chinese company couldn’t in designs in advertisements. And by the end of 2016 we had changed our company from a marketing firm to a 3D hologram manufacturing company totally made in Karnavati
What happened next was,thanks to another evolved Our business strategy which won’t be discussing here as it’s irrelevant to my point . 3D designers and Customers preferred our models, we not only made one but various in total 6 different range of products according to the use
It was a hit in the city. And highest satisfactory thing was when our big competitor advertising firm replaced their Chinese devices with ours as we made something which they can’t. And our product and model outperformed them by miles and we tied up with them
Almost all major clubs and theatres of city using our 3D platforms or fans. And soon we started another start up by 2018 as we got stable .Story doesn’t end her but my point does.
What I have seen is currently people are asking to boycott Chinese products and have Indian alts

Creating Indian alternative of it. That’s a survival strategy. I always tell this , there are two types in world, the prey and the hunters , the one with survival mindset and the one with conquering mindset. Hindus have a lot of work to do and specially don’t make this mistake
Don’t try to be it’s alternative. Don’t copy at your best you will just be a copy as good as them , don’t copy , be better thn them. Don’t make something that replaces Chinese phones for example or apps, make something which is better thn that .
Don’t try to replace the them. Be irreplaceable.
