Nutanix Insights will provide predictive health and automated support services.

Will analyze telemetry data from cloud deployments in order to identify proactively issues that could affect the performance of applications and the availability of data
[3] ... Should issue arise, service will provide customized recommendations that enable engineers to fix remotely.

Also it will enable customers to open support ticket w/ Nutanix

Once ticket opened, SRE is assigned to troubleshoot problem w/o need for any manual interaction.
[4] Nutanix Lifecycle Manager

Will help customers to roll out one-click upgrades to its software stack without causing any application downtime.
[5] Nutanix LCM will be automatically able to determine where updates are required, prioritize those updates and then orchestrate the entire process. As with the other services announced today, Nutanix LCM will be able to operate from any location.
Alerting and monitoring tools remain a hot area of investment. This puts them somewhat in that arena.
I also expect them to announce the general availability of Nutanix Clusters on AWS here shortly. đź‘€
