if you think i forgive princess and the frog for making the first and only black princess an amphibian for 85% of the movie, you are wrong
the most gorgeous character design of any princess yet and wasted on being a frog for an hour of the runtime
before anyone corrects me, yes ofc Halle Bailey is Princess Ariel now, so Tiana isnt the only black princess now... BUT that hasn't come out yet, and i was referring to the originals/animated Disney movies. so excited for TLM live action, Halle is gonna SERVE
a lot of people replying about how they love the movie, and i do too ! i love Princess Tiana, and the movie is probably the Disney movie i rewatch THE MOST... but it has some serious problems, especially the missed attempt at representation
