Whew, after crafting all the ways coded language shows up in our schools, I want to see people (including myself) PUSHING BACK on this when it shows up in conversations in our teacher lounge, staff meetings, curriculum, classrooms, etc. etc. #WeAre #EducatorInstitute2020
