The city is trying to reach its legally binding 100% clean energy goal by 2035 or sooner, and this deal determines whether we will have a willing partner in that effort, or continue on with the status quo #BetterFranchiseDeal 2/

Unfortunately, the status quo has not worked for San Diego families. Not only do we pay the highest rates in California, but we also have to fight our utility tooth and nail for any progress toward our climate and clean energy goals.
