Despite the panel admitting that six in ten AB polled don’t want the UCP taking over pensions, and despite town halls across AB being stacked with opposers, the panel is recommending that @jkenney take your CPP and put it under the control of notorious money-losers AIMCO.

The “referendum” is a scam to allow for a bill raising the max that third-party advertisers can spend $500,000 (prev max $150,000). Cooking up an illusionary issue to manipulate the electorate, sneak big money into politics & divert public funds to campaign for conservatives..

There’s really nothing to call it but corruption. This senseless referendum (it’s Federal Jurisdiction and they will likely say no) will coincide with municipal elections and we know how much the UCP would like to take over some city councils.

We need to make sure we get out and vote in the municipal election and not for UCP yes men.
