This is disingenuous on so many levels. Pai & other ISP shills love to use small providers as a shield against all consumer protections.
But most people aren't served by small ISPs. And most ISPs are doing just fine for themselves right now. #DigitalDivide #COVID19

It's also worth mentioning -- this is a VOLUNTARY pledge. Any ISP is well within its powers to ignore it even without the pledge expiring.

In short, the FCC's pledge to stop broadband shutoffs was always pretty toothless, but it's a special act of political cowardice to argue it should now "expire."
