suddenly becomes a very intriguing option since Man City really doesn’t have another forward. Sure, Sterling might start a game or two up front but I feel like Jesus is the only forward that Pep really trusts.

GW33 looks to be the time to think about bringing in more Man City players

With Aguero now being injured his minutes will...
increase big time. The only concern is the amount of big chances missed showcasing the fact that he isn’t an outstanding finisher but at the same time it shows that when he plays he gets a bunch of great goal scoring opportunities.

Phil Foden (Live ownership: 2.7%)
Moving on to Phil Foden who is a completely different sort of player with a different situation. He is 5.1 and not guaranteed the same amount of minutes that Jesus will play especially in the big games where Pep likes to start his main XI...

The thing is that after the Liverpool game, Man City has no big games left and has extremely few results to worry about.

grow as a player. This is a famous quote from Pep regarding Foden and in the lower section he talks about himself not picking him in the starting XI and how that will improve in the future:
Now that Man City has very little to play for and plays quite easy opponents, it just feels like the perfect time for Foden to get a lot more minutes.

We can’t really judge his stats this season like we can with Jesus for obvious reasons but this tweet showcases that when the man plays he definitely has the capability to return a whole lot more points than a regular 5.1 midfielder in FPL does

If he falls back on to bench however, you can do the same and put him on your bench since he is extremely cheap and can work great as a 5th mid.

Some might say that Foden or Jesus would take up a MCI spot in your squad that you might use on Sterling/Mahrez etc.. I don't think it will be a problem since not many has tripled up on Man City players this season. To be honest, KDB has been the only great FPL option from City
