We're looking for a Senior Marketing Manager who can lead our enablement function. Think customer evidence like case studies, quotes and claims from some of the over 30,000 paying Intercom customers (including names like Amazon, Facebook and Lyft). https://boards.greenhouse.io/intercom/jobs/2217250
You'll partner with our sales team to make sure they have the content they need to help them close more deals. You'll also work closely with other marketing functions to ensure we're producing the right content for them to execute against our strategy.
For the Senior Editor and Editor we're looking for candidates who will obsess over the kind of articles and podcasts Intercom customers and potential customers will want to consume.

We don't follow the content marketing playbook at Intercom. We've invested heavily in the function over the years because we've seen publishing quality content more than pays for itself in increased business.
Content is one of the four pillars of marketing alongside Demand, Brand and Product Marketing and you'll be inspired by colleagues who are some of the best in the business at their craft.
Right now we'd like these roles to be based in our Dublin office - although you won't be required to come to the office until January, 2021. If you're based somewhere else but you've got permission to work in Ireland, let's talk.
