I guess my greater question/concern is this:

Has it become so toxic that the people closest to him didn’t step up and try to talk some sense to him?

Did any of the other drivers on the team, when they heard about it?

How many ppl knew better?

... if I were a black leader, or aspiring to be a black leader, this scenario would fucking haunt me!

It means his “team” isn’t a fucking TEAM and his “friends” aren’t fucking friends - they allowed the lie to perpetuate!!! And GROW!!!

If I were a Black Leader, or aspiring to be one, I’d have MAJOR concerns with this...

Let’s say it was innocent - Bubba made a bad judgement call...

It represents an INHERENT RISK at this point; ppl will stick their heads in the sand and walk on egg shells over race issues!

... doesn’t sound like the type of group I would want to lead.
