Last Autumn I sat in Nick Harvey's office and told him I could probably build an online nomination system in a weekend and sketched out something of how it'd work on an envelope.
V1 definitely had a few teething problems, we used V2 for the state elections with very few issues and V3 has been in use this morning and it seems to have worked really well. Both candidates got nominated in under 2 hours.
Also, and this is no small achievement, but the amount of staff time needed to validate those nominations can be measured in minutes, not days. Really happy with how the system has matured.
Now to start thinking about V4...
