"ect" can mean anything from exercising/stretching, setting schedules, exploring new mediums, and so on.
For REAL so many artist (including myself) went or are going through MASSIVE burnout physically and mentally. I promise taking time for yourself is more vital then you think~

I know freelancers like myself feel the need to work constantly. I know we gotta DRAW FOR MONEY. Regardless TAKE BREAKS FROM IT. SET THEM. I promise you that stamina is going to burn out and you are going to start hurting yourself and your love/drive for art if you don't
Pro freelancer tip: Try to do more then JUST commissions for income. Make merch, set up a shop, make adopts, downloadable art collections, set up a Patreon for personal endeavors, ect. Having a back-up/additional methods REALLY helps ease stress and personal productivity.
