I might have been disappointed to find it was only Wednesday when I woke up this morning, but I’d forgotten that Wednesday is the day I get the evaluation report from our magnificent supporter engagement campaign. Absolutely thrilled we have made contact with over
15,000 supporters and said thank you, talked about the impact of their support, inspired more support, signposted to services, been a friendly voice and generally made quite a few people feel as special as they should for what they do for @macmillancancer
The volume of course is great, but the real time feedback of how these calls made our supporters feel is gold dust. Just read that a coffee morning host literally ‘whooped’ when we told her coffee morning was absolutely happening this year 


Another has been inspired by their conversation to sign up to the volunteer buddy service as a result of their conversation. (Volunteers
