Many of the above suggestions might seem to be utopian. And in a democratic setup like INC, you can't just thrust upon something. People will have different opinion. There are leaders who can't live without media attention.

Each time you engage with media, you are lending them credibility.
So, destroy that credibility. Make people realise a corrupt media is people's real enemy. If they can't find ways for Congress bashing, they will be forced to cover real issues.
