Just as a by the by, it is the ABC management that cuts ABC gigs. Job loss is a decision the professional class of plonkers has made. It is not their only option. It is their preference.
The ABC was required to disclose "leadership" salaries in the 2017-18 financial year.
These Harvard offcuts don't make content.
So, just 10 ABC "leaders" cost in excess of 3 million bucks in salaries for the 2017-18 financial year. This excludes super, terminatiom payouts, bonuses and whatever the fuck else one acquires for the mouthing of Business School wisdom.

Please note, the packages outlined in the document are a little on the old side. The 2019 ABC Annual Report disclosed payment of more than 6 million bucks for that year to the board and executives. That's a 70% increase on the previous year..

Anyhoo. It's simply untrue that the death of the ABC is actively desired by the entire front bench. They just want it to be shit, and have succeeded.
Solidarity and commiserations to those who have lost their gigs. But, you know. There's literal millions of us.
