3. How long did it take for me to accept my status?
It took me full 2years though i would drink and don't drink my medication that time and that made me a defaulter my viral load would be up and down because i felt like I didn't deserve to be HIV positive..

&that mentality made me think it was end of me i would never be healthy and persuade my dreams because at the back of my mind i knew HIV as a death sentence and i thought my days were numbered because back then i never got full understanding of Being HIV positive and because
I never understood why i should stick to treatment until i became eager to learn about the virus lack of knowledge kills people should understand why they should stay on treatment ¬ default and how ARVs work in our bodies to reduce the virus spread & CD4 cells #Covered24_7
http://4.Dating and Rejections?
Yes i have been rejected i would disclosed before or after the relationship happened and i would see people changing and backsliding to a point that i thought i would never find love because my status has a way of controlling my love life..

It would hurt so bad and rejection have a way of disturbing your healing because u will feel like u not good enough because nobody wants to be with you because they don't know how the virus and ARVs work in our bodies.. #Covered24_7
But i took those rejection positive 2 learn more & understand my situation till i realised the person who's God has for me will love me despite& i am special, beautiful, kind lovable &worth it. My status doesn't define who i am & if people focus on my status they wil never know me

I must make sure i keep my viral load suppressed /undetectable i will never infect a negative partner by so couples with different statuses are called serodiscordant couples and with the help of prep as well my partner will never be infected with HIV..Stay on meds #covered24_7
6. How to care for a loved one who has tested HIV positive.
Support, Acceptance and Belonging is very vital from both our families and loved one's, knowing that there's someone who gives u support to keep taking your medication and following up ur next appointments. #Covered24_7

It motivates positive people not to give up...mostly people who are positive fear rejection and stigma and mostly part from our families how the family behaves after finding out that a person is HIV positive is definitely the only thing will make them to survive love them,
care about them HIV doesn't spread by hugging, showing care sharing food, bed and all that it's in our blood streams only thing they should look out for is not to get contact with a blood of the positive person if they too sick use handgloves to protect yourself #Covered24_7
My Advise. Go get tested know ur status and if tested positive make sure u stay on treatment always no matter how u feel never miss ur time pill and your adherence must be 100% advise those who have defaulted to get back om treatment we are surely #Covered24_7 I love you All
