2 - However it’s seems that far too often (not always) that white, selectively educated, male, really inexperienced from a teaching/school leadership perspective have somehow been given insider trading information
They’re in classrooms briefly if at all, promoted quickly and

3 - Somehow become DfE advisors at light speed. After stints in this capacity, they seem to use this ‘what’s coming down the pipeline’ secret knowledge to establish edu businesses or trusts that meet a need that didn’t exist previously and somehow end up on a big salary winning
4 - Bids of public money to finance their salaries and businesses, however successful they are or not
The problem isn’t innovation, forward thinking or excellent work
It’s that really grimy, greasy feeling in the pit of your stomach that says something about this isn’t right

5 - It’s the realisation that who you know, where you went to school, who your parents played golf or tennis with matters more than hard work, experience, excellence or expertise.
It’s also that the people who always seem to win at this game look a lot alike
