My take on Christian sexual ethics is that our obligations to our neighbors are very high and do not begin nor end at "consent" or "enthusiasm". The obligations can only get higher as you get more intimate.
as @LeahLibresco may recall me expounding on at her old blog, the problem with casual sex isn't the sex part - casual friendship would be just as absurd. People are in fact ends, not means for your pleasure.
