In the past all commerce was done by ships on the ocean, and Maritime Law ruled the day. Maritime Law is designed to settle international disputes over money made and lost with cargo at sea.

The American Civil Law system is based on Roman law, and operates under Maritime Law.

Maritime Law considers us all non-living entities. Just cargo packed onto an enormous vessel.

There’s a lot of power in words, and those who wish to keep control over us know that. For this reason, their laws and procedures are packed full of hidden code.

This code appears in common words and phrases, and is often “maritime” in nature.

In the USA you are a ward of the state until your mother receives your birth certificate and social security card.

That’s why many mothers visit a wing of the hospital called the “Maternity Ward.”

Even your “birth certificate” is really your “berth certificate,” in coded Maritime Law.

It’s the government’s way of saying they’ve accepted you, the piece of cargo, aboard their vessel full of other citizens.

This is your 𝘊𝘪𝘵𝘪𝘻𝘦𝘯-𝘚𝘩𝘪𝘱.

Isn’t it odd that that you travel through the birth “𝘤𝘢𝘯𝘢𝘭,” and the person who takes you out of the “water” is the Doc(k)tor?

Maybe you didn’t recognize how you’re said to be “drowning” in debt, and when someone pays money to get you out of jail, you’re being “bailed” out.

Once everything is official you are permitted to do business with the government.

Since Maritime Law is really just international banking law, the only business you’ll be doing with the government is paying them income tax.

While the government was writing up your documents, they took the liberty of making your physical being legally indistinguishable from a corporation by giving you an identical ALL CAPS name.

The court considers this “legal fiction," a fact assumed or created by the court itself.

What do you do to change a lower case letter to an uppercase letter? You Capitalize it.

What happens when something is capitalized in business? It’s converted to money.

By capitalizing your name, they have converted you as a living entity into nothing more than a Dollar value.

All of the income tax collected from Americans is sent directly to the English crown under the guise of repaying historical war debts.

The DC Organic Act of 1871 was passed, and with it a new constitution was created to allow international bankers to fund the bankrupt nation.

The DC Organic Act created a new corporate entity called the ALL CAPS United States of America that is owned by the Rothschild bankers, and in turn by the English Monarchy who are Rothschilds themselves.

Our corporation even has its own President and Vice President.

The only way I can see this system being changed is through the introduction of NESARA/GESARA,

and if Joseph Gregory Hallett is who he says he is, we may be closer to change than we think!
