Spending my evening attending g @ULIToronto’s More Housing Choices in our NeighbourhoodsTown Hall. There’s so much potential in the yellow belt and a important need for affordable housing, missing middle housing, and complete communities especially for newcomers & renters!

So much yellow yet so little affordable housing right now! Really enjoying this presentation so far about the zoning/planning process and it’s opportunities to include missing middle housing.
