Non-white people here are put into the same category as children and people with disabilities. Give me a break
I hope there's someone out there with resources to sue this county, before they start bringing back de jure segregation or something.
It's both racist towards whites (imposing a requirement on them that isn't imposed on others), racist towards non-whites (coddling them and treating them as less responsible), and kinda racist towards everyone because the government has to make a definition of "people of color"
