I learned last week that one of our PT instructors was refusing to debrief because she doesn’t “believe in that.” Today I learned that a different PT instructor “forgot” that students were assigned this case so she didn’t debrief it either.

Our students have been asking for more diverse experiences, and our faculty fail them by refusing to even acknowledge the case. What a huge disservice to our program, our students, and the patients they will someday serve.
